We specialise in Northern Pakistan — Hunza, Skardu, Gilgit, Fairy Meadows, Naran & Kaghan, Swat, Kumrat and Neelum Valley — with departures from Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Trips from other cities can be arranged too.
Yes. Share your dates, group size, budget and interests and we build a private itinerary with your choice of hotels, transport and pace. Nothing is confirmed until you approve it.
You can. Hotel booking, rent-a-car and rent-a-jeep are all available on their own — you don't have to take a full package.
We do. From venue and décor to catering, photography coordination and guest travel and stay, we manage mountain nikah and destination weddings end to end.
Bank transfer, mobile wallets like JazzCash and Easypaisa, and cash at our Rawalpindi office. We take an advance to lock bookings and the balance before or at the start of the trip.

Planning a trip to Northern Pakistan
Pine Travel is a Rawalpindi-based tour operator that has been running trips into Northern Pakistan since 2013. We handle the whole journey in one place — the tour itself, the hotels you sleep in, the vehicle that gets you there and the guide who knows the valley. Most of our travellers depart from Rawalpindi or Islamabad and head north along the Karakoram Highway into Gilgit-Baltistan, or east into Kaghan, Swat and Azad Kashmir.
What Pine Travel actually does
We are a tour operator, not a listings site. That means when you book a trip with us, the same team plans the route, reserves the rooms, assigns the driver and stays reachable while you are on the road. Our work falls into four areas. First, fixed-departure group tours — set dates you can join, with the cost shared across the group. Second, private and customised tours, where you tell us your dates, budget and pace and we build the itinerary around you. Third, travel services on their own: hotel booking, rent-a-car and 4x4 jeep hire, guest houses and licensed local guides. Fourth, events — destination weddings and nikah ceremonies in the mountains, corporate retreats, conferences and product launches.
Where we travel
Our routes cover three broad regions. Gilgit-Baltistan includes Hunza Valley, Karimabad, Attabad Lake, Passu, Khunjerab Pass, Skardu, Shigar, Deosai Plains and Fairy Meadows below Nanga Parbat. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa covers Naran and Kaghan, Lake Saif-ul-Malook, Babusar Top, Swat Valley, Malam Jabba, Kumrat and the Kalash valleys of Chitral. Azad Kashmir includes Neelum Valley, Arang Kel, Ratti Gali Lake, Rawalakot and Banjosa. Each destination page on this site lists the tours that visit it and the hotels we can book there.
When to visit Northern Pakistan
Season matters more here than in most places, because several roads are closed by snow for part of the year. May to September is the main window for Hunza, Skardu and Naran, when the Babusar and Khunjerab passes are usually open. Late September to early November is the autumn season in Hunza, when the valley turns gold and apricot orchards change colour — this is the most photographed time of year and books out early. Swat, Kumrat and Neelum are comfortable from April to October. Winter travel is possible to Hunza and Skardu by air or the Karakoram Highway, but high passes and Fairy Meadows are generally inaccessible. If you are unsure, message us with your dates and we will tell you honestly what is open.
How booking with us works
Pick a tour or tell us what you have in mind, then send an enquiry through the site or on WhatsApp. We reply with an itinerary and a clear price — what is included and what is not. When you book, you receive an invoice with your booking number, and the booking stays marked unpaid until an advance is received. Advance payment confirms the trip; the balance is settled before departure. For hotels, availability on this site is live where a property is connected to our booking system, so what you see is what is actually free on those dates.
