Talk to us about your trip
Tell us your dates, your group size and roughly what you want the trip to feel like, and we will come back with an itinerary and a clear price. Most enquiries are answered the same day, and WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us.
What to include in your enquiry
The more you tell us, the more useful the first reply is. Helpful details are your travel dates or the month you have in mind, the number of travellers and whether children or elderly parents are travelling, your departure city, and whether you want a fixed-departure group tour or a private trip. If you have a budget in mind, say so — it helps us propose something realistic instead of guessing.
How quickly we reply
During office hours, Monday to Saturday, most messages are answered within a few hours. Enquiries that need a hotel to confirm availability can take until the next working day, especially in peak season. If your trip is within the next few days, call rather than email — a phone call moves faster than any form.
Office and service hours
Our office in Saddar, Rawalpindi is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. While a group is travelling, someone is reachable outside those hours — a trip in progress is never left without a contact. Sunday messages are read but usually answered on Monday, unless a departure is imminent.
What happens after you enquire
The first reply is a short set of questions if anything important is missing, or a draft plan if it is not. That plan lists the route day by day, the hotels we intend to use, the vehicle, what is included and what is not, and a total price. You can change any of it — swap a hotel, add a night, cut a long driving day — before anything is booked. When you are happy, we check live availability, issue an invoice with a booking reference, and hold the rooms once the advance is received. Nothing is confirmed on the strength of a conversation alone.
Booking a hotel without a tour
You do not need a package to book a room through us. Our hotel pages list live rates for guest houses, cottages and hotels in Hunza, Skardu, Naran, Swat, Kumrat and Neelum, and you can select several rooms or a whole cottage in one request. The booking creates an unpaid invoice and reaches our team immediately; we confirm availability with the property and come back to you on WhatsApp before any payment is made.
Enquiries about weddings, corporate events and groups
Destination weddings, conferences, corporate retreats and product launches take longer to quote because venues, room blocks, catering and transport all have to line up. For those, send us the approximate date, the guest count and the kind of setting you have in mind, and expect a call rather than an email — these plans are far quicker to shape by voice. We usually need six to eight weeks of notice for a mountain wedding in peak season, and more if you want a specific property.
Payments, invoices and confirmations
Payments go to our HABIBMETRO account, and the details appear on every invoice we issue. Please confirm your booking and availability on WhatsApp before transferring anything — rates and rooms move quickly in season, and we would rather verify than refund. After payment, send the screenshot to the same WhatsApp number; once our team records it, your invoice updates to show the advance paid and the balance remaining, and the status changes to confirmed.
Complaints and problems on the road
If something goes wrong mid-trip, call the office number rather than waiting until you return — almost every problem in the north is fixable on the day it happens and much harder to fix afterwards. Room not as described, driver running late, a road closed ahead: tell us while you are still there. After the trip, we read every complaint that reaches us in writing, and where we got something wrong we say so.
