What Pine Travel can arrange
Not every trip is a tour package. Some travellers need a single jeep for one day; some need eighty guests moved to a wedding in the mountains and fed for three days. Our services are grouped into three families — tours, events, and travel services — and each has its own page explaining what is included and how it works.
Tours: group, family and customised
Group tours run on fixed departure dates with a shared vehicle and guide, which keeps the per-person cost down. Family tours are built around comfort — shorter driving days, family rooms, and a pace that works with children and elderly travellers. Customised tours are private: your dates, your route, your vehicle, designed around a budget or a specific interest such as photography, trekking or a honeymoon. All three can cover the same destinations; what changes is the pace, the privacy and the price.
Events: weddings, conferences and launches
A destination wedding or nikah in the mountains needs a venue, permissions, décor, catering, photography and — hardest of all — moving every guest there and home again comfortably. We manage the whole thing, including guest travel and accommodation blocks. Corporate work covers team retreats and incentive trips with proper invoicing and one account manager, conferences with halls, delegate accommodation, meals and transfers, and product launches or brand activations where staging and guest logistics have to work to a schedule.
Travel services: hotels, vehicles and guides
These can be booked on their own. Hotel booking covers vetted properties across the north at direct rates. Rent-a-car and rent-a-jeep supplies sedans, SUVs and coasters for highway travel and 4x4 jeeps with local drivers for tracks like Fairy Meadows, Deosai and Saif-ul-Malook. Guest houses are the smaller, family-run alternative to hotels. Local tour guides are certified, from the valleys they work in, and can be hired by the day — which is often the single best upgrade to an otherwise self-driven trip.
How pricing and quotes work
Services priced per unit — a jeep for a day, a guide for a day, a room for a night — are quoted directly. Events are quoted after a conversation, because the cost depends on guest numbers, venue, season and how much production is involved. For anything custom, we send an itemised quote so you can see where the money goes rather than a single number. Corporate and event clients receive formal invoicing suitable for finance departments.
Booking any service
Open the service you need, read what is included, and send an enquiry with your dates and group size. For tours and hotels you can book directly on the site and receive an invoice immediately. For weddings, conferences and launches, we start with a call — those are planned, not purchased from a page. Either way you deal with one team from first message to final settlement.
