One system instead of five registers
Most small and mid-sized hotels in Pakistan still run on a paper register for bookings, a separate notebook for the restaurant, a calculator for the bill and WhatsApp for everything else. Pine HMS replaces all of it with one connected system. A booking made at the front desk creates the guest folio; a meal added at the restaurant lands on that folio; laundry, minibar and spa charges post to the same bill; and checkout produces one clean invoice. Nothing is entered twice, and nothing is lost between a register and a receipt book.

Pro, at PKR 15,000 a month, unlocks everything — restaurant POS, the online booking engine, channel manager, spa and up to five properties under one account. Paying yearly gives two months free on any plan. There is no setup fee to start, and you can move up a plan as the property grows.

Getting started does not require an IT department. We create your account, load your rooms, room types and rates, add your staff with the right permissions, and walk your team through the front desk and billing screens.
